We use 5-axis CNC machines for complex undercuts and spring-loaded hook mechanisms. For high-volume runs, we combine CNC machining with secondary stamping to reduce cost per piece. All parts are deburred and tumbled before final inspection.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship without data. Each batch includes a dimensional report with CMM measurements, surface roughness readings, and material hardness verification. You can check the numbers against your drawing before we pack the parts. No surprises at your incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your clasp may need a stamped spring plate, a coiled torque spring, or a heat-treated pin. We do all of it under one roof. No multi-vendor coordination, no tolerance stack-up between suppliers. Send us the assembly drawing—we handle the rest.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine a single prototype for your evaluation, then scale to any quantity. Tooling cost is amortized only if you order over 500 pieces.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use a 3D model for programming, not a 2D sketch. First article is inspected 100% on a CMM. Production batches are sampled at AQL 0.65, and we send the full inspection report with each shipment.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom clasp? A: Prototype in 7–10 working days after drawing approval. Production orders ship in 15–20 days. Urgent orders can be expedited for a 30% surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for all raw material, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For gold-plated parts, we provide plating thickness reports.
