2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a full dimensional inspection report with every shipment. Critical features are measured with CMM and documented. You receive the data before the parts arrive. Your incoming QC can approve without re-measuring everything.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the machines and final inspection with CMM. For critical dimensions, we provide a variable data report — not just a pass/fail. If a dimension is out of spec, we reject the part before it ships.
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. Rush service is available for urgent breakdowns.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material, traceable to the heat number. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documentation on request.
