Opening

Your hydraulic piston drawing is the starting point. We machine it to your exact print. Every dimension is verified before shipment. No guesswork, no deviations from your tolerance stack.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years of CNC machining experience. We build pistons for fluid power systems that must not fail.

At a glance: ±0.005 mm machining tolerance, 7-15 day lead time, no MOQ. We quote your drawing in 12 hours.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every piston gets a unique batch number. We track material heat numbers, tool wear records, and operator sign-offs. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact machine and shift. This is not a paperwork exercise. It is how we keep your hydraulic system reliable.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment. Critical diameters, roundness, surface finish, and hardness values are listed. We use a CMM and surface profiler calibrated weekly. If a dimension is out of spec, we catch it before packing, not after your customer complains.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your hydraulic piston may need a mating spring, a stamped retainer plate, or a heat sink for the valve block. We make all of them under one roof. You get one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordination headaches between multiple suppliers. This is custom CNC machining done efficiently.

Where These Parts Are Used

Our CNC machined hydraulic pistons go into applications where pressure is high and failure is not an option.

  • Mobile hydraulics: Excavator boom cylinders, forklift tilt cylinders, telehandler lift arms. These pistons see 250-350 bar and constant shock loads.
  • Industrial presses: Hydraulic press rams for stamping and forging. We machine pistons up to 300 mm diameter with tight concentricity for zero leakage at high cycle rates.
  • Injection molding machines: Clamping unit pistons that hold tonnage during the molding cycle. Surface finish and hardness are critical to prevent galling.
  • Marine steering systems: Corrosion-resistant pistons in 316L or with hard chrome plating for saltwater exposure.
  • Test equipment: Precision pistons for calibration rigs and fatigue testers, where repeatability at micron level is required.

These are not decorative parts. They move heavy loads, seal high-pressure fluid, and run thousands of cycles. Our precision manufacturing ensures they do that without premature wear.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine a single prototype piston for your fit test. The same program runs for a 50,000-piece order later. Tooling and setup are the same. You pay only for the parts, not a minimum quantity.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machine. After machining, we inspect 100% of critical dimensions. For batches over 500 pieces, we use SPC sampling plus CMM verification. Every shipment includes the inspection report. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace it at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype pistons ship in 7 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000 pieces ship in 15 days. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. We confirm the exact date in our quotation.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and plating thickness certificates. All documents are traceable to your batch number. This is standard for our made in China precision manufacturing service.
