1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. Raw material heat numbers are recorded. Tool wear is logged. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact machine, tool, and operator shift. You do not scrap a whole lot guessing which part is bad. We give you the data.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM points, surface finish readings, and visual inspection photos. No surprises. Your incoming QC can match our numbers against their own gauges. We stand behind the numbers.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first-article inspection on the first piece before the batch runs. Then we check every 50th piece during production. Final inspection uses a CMM with a resolution of 0.001 mm. You get the report. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or remake at no cost.
