Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We make one prototype for your test bench or a million pieces for production. Prototype tooling is the same as production tooling, so your first article is your production part.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled pitch. Each coil is measured on an optical projector. For critical dimensions, we use a 3D coordinate measuring machine. We send you the inspection report before shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap it at our cost.
Q: What is the lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 working days after drawing approval. Production runs of 10,000 pieces ship in 10–15 working days. For urgent needs, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 1,000 pieces.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, including chemical composition and mechanical properties.
