A: We use CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled pitch. Each coil is measured on an optical projector. For critical dimensions, we use a 3D coordinate measuring machine. We send you the inspection report before shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap it at our cost.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 working days after drawing approval. Production runs of 10,000 pieces ship in 10–15 working days. For urgent needs, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 1,000 pieces.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For medical or aerospace applications, we can supply full traceability documentation.
