All springs are coiled on CNC machines with servo-controlled pitch. Heat treatment is done in atmosphere-controlled furnaces. We hold hardness within ±2 HRC on request.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every coil gets a heat number and a work order number. We can trace any spring back to the wire lot, the machine operator, and the heat treatment cycle. If you have a field failure, we tell you exactly what happened—not a guess.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a PDF with measured values for OD, ID, free length, solid height, and load at specified deflection. We also include wire tensile strength and hardness data. Your QC team can file it without re-testing.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined housing, and a heat sink—plus the spring. We run all four lines under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, and one responsible supplier. No coordination headaches across three vendors.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling with closed-loop feedback. Every spring is checked on a digital caliper or optical comparator. Critical dimensions are 100% inspected; non-critical are sampled per AQL 1.0. We send the inspection report with your shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 days, depending on surface treatment. Urgent orders can be expedited to 5 days with a small surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill test report showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
