Before shipment, each batch is checked for wire diameter, free length, outer diameter, and surface finish. If it does not match your print, it does not ship.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of wire is tagged with its heat number. We record which coil went into which batch. If you have a field failure, we can trace the exact material and machine settings. That is not common for custom springs made in China.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to ask for it. Every shipment includes a dimensional report, a load test graph, and a surface finish check. The report is signed by the QC lead. If you need third-party inspection, we hold parts for your inspector before packing.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined housing, and a spring. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, and one responsible party. No coordination between three suppliers.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one piece for prototypes and full production for volume. Tooling is CNC-based, so there is no dedicated die cost. You pay the same unit price whether you order 5 or 5,000.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: First article is 100% measured on a digital projector and load tester. Production runs are sampled at AQL 2.5. We send you the inspection report with the shipment. If you need 100% inspection, we quote that separately.
Q: What is the lead time for custom springs? A: Standard is 7–12 working days after drawing approval. Complex shapes or exotic materials may take 15 days. For urgent orders, we can do 3-day production on simple compression springs.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill test report from the wire supplier. We also provide our own chemical composition test if your spec requires it. Certificates are included free of charge.
