1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique lot number. We record material heat number, machine settings, and operator ID. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact coil and wire. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a PDF with measured dimensions, load curves, surface condition, and material certs. We test free length, outer diameter, and spring rate on a digital force tester. Every report is signed by our QC lead.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your spring might sit next to a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined shaft, or a heat sink. We make all of them in-house. You deal with one engineer, one shipping address, one invoice. Less coordination, fewer errors, faster turnaround.

Q1: Is there really no MOQ? Yes. We accept orders from 1 piece. Prototypes and small batches use the same machines and materials as production runs. The only difference is unit price – smaller batches cost more per piece because of setup time.
Q2: What tolerance can you hold, and how do you verify it? Standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm on free length and ±0.01 mm on wire diameter. For critical springs, we hold ±0.02 mm on free length. We verify with digital calipers, micrometers, and a spring force tester. The inspection report shows actual measured values, not just pass/fail.
Q3: What is your typical lead time? Prototypes: 5–7 days. Production: 7–12 days depending on quantity and surface finish. Urgent orders can be expedited to 3 days for simple compression springs. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.
Q4: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. Every batch includes a material test report from the mill. We also provide RoHS, REACH, and ISO 9001:2015 documentation on request. If you need a specific material grade, we source it and verify the heat number.
