All springs are made in China at our Dongguan factory. We run 12 CNC coiling machines, 4 heat treatment ovens, and 2 automated inspection stations. Production capacity is 50,000 pieces per day for standard copper alloys.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. That number links to material certificates, machine settings, heat treatment records, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact coil and operator in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. We don’t just say “it’s good.” You receive a printed and digital report showing measured values for wire diameter, free length, OD, coil count, and load at specified deflection. For RF applications, we also measure contact resistance on a 4-wire Kelvin fixture.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your antenna spring might sit next to a stamped contact or a CNC-machined housing. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. You save logistics cost and avoid tolerance mismatch between suppliers.

In each case, the spring must provide consistent contact force over thousands of cycles. Copper alloys give low resistivity (1.7–6.0 µΩ·cm) and good fatigue life. We adjust the spring rate by changing wire diameter, coil count, and free length—all per your drawing.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototype orders of 1–10 pieces at the same tolerance as production. The only difference is unit price. Tooling is CNC-based, so there is no dedicated die cost.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling machines with servo-driven wire feed. After coiling, each spring passes through an optical measuring system that checks OD, free length, and pitch. For critical dimensions, we use a CMM with 0.001 mm resolution. Inspection report is included with every shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for custom copper springs? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days, depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent needs, we offer 48-hour express prototyping on standard copper alloys.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for copper alloy batches, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical orders, we also provide traceability to the original ingot.
