Opening

Send us your drawing. We build the steel torsion spring exactly to your print—wire diameter, coil count, leg length, and wind direction. Every spring is verified before shipment. We do not guess.

At a glance: Tolerances down to ±0.05 mm on wire diameter and ±1° on leg angle. Lead time 7-15 days for prototypes. No MOQ. 100% inspection report included with every batch.

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years in the business. Our CNC, stamping, spring, and heat sink lines run under one roof. You get one supplier, one quality standard, one invoice.

Heavy Duty Custom Coil Compression Springs

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of wire we use carries a heat number. We record it against your batch number. If a problem appears in your assembly line six months from now, we trace it back to the exact material and machine settings. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to ask. Every shipment includes a report with measured values: wire diameter, free length, load at deflection, and surface condition. Our QC team uses calibrated digital force testers and optical comparators. We sign it. You trust it.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your torsion spring often sits next to a stamped bracket or a CNC-machined shaft. If we make all of them, tolerances match. Lead times shrink because parts travel between machines, not between countries. You deal with one engineer, not four.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom steel torsion springs are not off-the-shelf items. They are engineered for a specific load and space envelope. Typical applications from our current orders:

  • Automotive – clutch return springs, throttle return springs, seat belt retractor mechanisms, door hinge counterbalance springs.
  • Industrial equipment – safety interlocks on presses, gate return mechanisms, conveyor belt tensioners, valve actuation.
  • Consumer appliances – washing machine lid hinges, oven door counterbalance, vacuum cleaner brush roll tension.
  • Medical devices – surgical instrument handles, IV pump mechanisms, adjustable hospital bed latches.
  • Aerospace and defense – cockpit switch actuators, landing gear safety locks, drone payload release mechanisms.

If your part needs to store energy and release it at a precise angle, a torsion spring is the answer. We make it to your drawing, not to a catalog.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your testing or one million for production. Tooling is minimal for springs—we set up the coiling machine from your wire diameter and spring index. Prototype lead time is 7 days.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We start with the material certificate. Then we set the coiling machine to your wire diameter and measure the first piece. After stress-relieving, we test load at your specified deflection. Every batch gets a final dimensional check on a CMM. The inspection report goes out with the shipment.

Q: What is your lead time for production? A: Prototypes: 7-15 days. Production orders: 15-25 days depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent needs, tell us your deadline. We run three shifts and can split your order across two spring lines.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a material certificate per EN 10204 3.1. If you need a specific standard—ASTM, DIN, JIS—we source the wire accordingly and document it.

Send Your Drawing

Stop searching for a generic spring. Send us your print, your CAD file, or even a hand sketch with dimensions. We will respond with a firm quote in 12 hours.
