After stress-relieving, we test load at your specified deflection. Every batch gets a final dimensional check on a CMM. The inspection report goes out with the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for production? A: Prototypes: 7-15 days. Production orders: 15-25 days depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent needs, tell us your deadline. We run three shifts and can split your order across two spring lines.
