Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We start with the material certificate. Then we set the coiling machine to your wire diameter and measure the first piece. After stress-relieving, we test load at your specified deflection. Every batch gets a final dimensional check on a CMM. The inspection report goes out with the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for production?
A: Prototypes: 7-15 days. Production orders: 15-25 days depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent needs, tell us your deadline. We run three shifts and can split your order across two spring lines.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Every batch ships with a material certificate per EN 10204 3.1. If you need a specific standard—ASTM, DIN, JIS—we source the wire accordingly and document it.
