We use CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled pitch. This gives repeatable geometry across every batch. For copper alloys, we adjust coiling speed to prevent work hardening. Stress relief is done in a controlled atmosphere furnace. This removes residual stress and stabilizes torque.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique heat number and production lot code. You can trace material back to the mill certificate. If a problem appears in your field, we can identify the exact batch and date. This is standard for us, not an extra service.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists wire diameter, outer diameter, free length, total coils, and angular deflection. Torque is measured at your specified deflection angle. The report is signed by our QC engineer. You can file it with your own QA records.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined shaft, and a spring. We make all of them under one roof. You deal with one engineer, one quality system, one shipping invoice. This cuts your supplier management time and reduces tolerance stack-up issues between parts.
