Opening

Your torsion spring design gets built exactly to your drawing. We verify every critical dimension before shipment. No surprises on your assembly line.

This collection focuses on copper buckle shaft torsion springs. These are small, high-cycle parts. They demand tight angular tolerance and consistent torque. We deliver both.

At a glance: Tolerance ±0.05 mm on wire diameter, ±1° on angular position. Lead time 7-15 days for prototypes. No MOQ. Full batch inspection report included.

Precision Touch Screen Spring Contacts

We use CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled pitch. This gives repeatable geometry across every batch. For copper alloys, we adjust coiling speed to prevent work hardening. Stress relief is done in a controlled atmosphere furnace. This removes residual stress and stabilizes torque.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique heat number and production lot code. You can trace material back to the mill certificate. If a problem appears in your field, we can identify the exact batch and date. This is standard for us, not an extra service.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists wire diameter, outer diameter, free length, total coils, and angular deflection. Torque is measured at your specified deflection angle. The report is signed by our QC engineer. You can file it with your own QA records.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined shaft, and a spring. We make all of them under one roof. You deal with one engineer, one quality system, one shipping invoice. This cuts your supplier management time and reduces tolerance stack-up issues between parts.

Where These Parts Are Used

Copper buckle shaft torsion springs are not generic parts. They show up in specific, demanding applications.

  • Automotive seat belt buckles. The spring provides return torque for the release button. It cycles tens of thousands of times. Copper alloy gives consistent torque over the part's life.
  • Laptop hinge mechanisms. Small torsion springs hold the screen at a set angle. The copper material resists fatigue from repeated opening and closing.
  • Electrical switchgear. Torsion springs in circuit breakers store energy for quick tripping. Copper's conductivity is a bonus in current-carrying paths.
  • Medical device clamps. Instruments that grip and release need predictable torque. Our springs hold tolerance across a full production run.
  • Consumer electronics. Camera lens barrels and SIM card ejectors use micro torsion springs. We hold ±0.05 mm on wire diameter for these tiny parts.

If your application needs a spring that returns to a precise angle under load, this collection fits.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype or one million pieces. The unit price drops with volume, but we never turn away a small order. Prototype pricing is flat and transparent.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling with digital readouts. Every spring is measured on an optical comparator or CNC coordinate machine. Torque is verified on a spring testing machine at your specified angle. We keep a copy of the inspection report for two years.

Q: What is your lead time for production? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production runs ship in 15 days after drawing approval. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5 days for prototypes. We quote exact dates when you send your drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for copper and copper alloys. This includes chemical composition and mechanical properties. Certificates are included free with every production order.
