Opening

Your torsion spring design is unique. We make it exactly to your drawing—no interpretation, no shortcuts. Every brass buckle shaft torsion spring is verified for wire diameter, coil count, free angle, and leg position before shipment.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC, stamping, spring, and heat sink lines for 20 years. This is not a trading desk. We cut wire, wind coils, and grind ends on our own floor.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions (per DIN 2095 grade 2)
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production
  • No MOQ: order 10 pieces or 100,000 pieces
  • Material: brass (C2680, C2600, H65, H62) or your specified alloy
  • Inspection: 100% critical dimension check, batch report included

Custom Double Coil Torsion Springs

All springs are made in China at our Dongguan facility. We do not outsource. You get one quality standard, one responsible party.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality, not random luck. We assign a unique batch number to every order. The wire lot, machine settings, heat treatment temperature, and inspection results are linked to that number. If you need to audit or trace a part six months later, we can pull the full record in minutes. This matters for automotive, medical, and lock applications where a failed spring is a liability.

2. Inspection report per batch—free, no negotiation. Every batch ships with a dimensional report. We measure wire diameter, free angle, coil gap, leg position, and spring rate. For critical springs, we include a load-deflection curve. You do not have to ask. It is standard. If you want third-party inspection (SGS, TUV), we arrange it at cost.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your brass buckle shaft torsion spring often sits next to a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined shaft, or a heat sink. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one set of tolerances, one shipping date. No coordination headaches between three suppliers. No finger-pointing when a part does not fit.

Where These Parts Are Used

Brass buckle shaft torsion springs are not decorative. They are functional, load-bearing components in tight spaces.

  • Belt buckles and tactical gear: Return action for the buckle tongue, repeated cycling, corrosion resistance from brass.
  • Locks and latches: Door locks, cabinet locks, padlocks—where the spring must hold tension for years without relaxing.
  • Automotive interior: Seat belt buckles, glove box latches, mirror adjustment mechanisms. Brass resists moisture and salt better than plain carbon steel.
  • Electrical enclosures: Hinges and lid return mechanisms on control boxes, where non-magnetic and non-sparking properties are required.
  • Medical devices: Small instrument handles and clip mechanisms where brass’s biocompatibility and clean surface finish are valued.
  • Furniture hardware: Folding table locks, chair tilt mechanisms, and drawer catches that need quiet, smooth return motion.

If your application is not listed, send the drawing anyway. We have made torsion springs for drone gimbals, vending machine coin mechanisms, and even aerospace test fixtures.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept 10-piece prototype orders and 100,000-piece production runs. Prototype pricing is slightly higher per piece, but tooling is free for standard wire diameters. If you need a custom wire size, we will quote the die cost separately.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on torsion springs? A: Standard is DIN 2095 grade 2: ±0.05 mm on wire diameter and ±5% on spring rate. For critical applications, we hold grade 1: ±0.03 mm and ±3%. We verify with a digital force gauge and optical measuring projector. If your drawing specifies tighter, we will tell you if it is feasible before you pay.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can rush prototypes in 3 days at a 20% surcharge. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight—your choice.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the brass or steel wire, showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. If you need a full EN 10204 3.1 certificate, we arrange it with the wire mill at no extra cost for orders above 500 kg.

Send Your Drawing

Stop guessing if your spring will fit. Send us your drawing—PDF, STEP, IGES, or even a hand sketch with dimensions. We will check the design for manufacturability, suggest material if you are unsure, and send a firm quote within 12 hours.
