Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled pitch adjustment. After coiling, we measure free length, outer diameter, and load at specified deflection on digital testers. Critical dimensions are checked at 100%, not by sampling.
Q: What is your lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production orders take 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. Urgent orders can be expedited—we will tell you the exact cost before you commit.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill test certificate for the wire material. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
