Opening

Your drawing defines the spring. Our job is to make it exactly that—no guesses, no shortcuts. We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of spring-making experience. Every stainless steel extension tension spring is produced to your print, then verified before shipment.

  • Tolerance: ±0.02 mm on wire diameter, ±0.1 mm on free length
  • Lead time: 5–7 days for prototypes, 10–15 days for production
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 1 million pieces
  • Material certs: mill test reports included with every batch
  • Inspection: 100% dimensional check on critical features, batch report provided

We do not stock generic springs. We build yours. Send us your drawing, and we will confirm manufacturability, cost, and delivery within 12 hours.

Custom Wire Form Springs Made in China

All springs are made on CNC coiling machines with servo-controlled wire feed. This ensures repeatable geometry across batches. We use optical comparators and digital force testers for verification.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each production lot gets a unique heat number and work order. We record wire supplier, machine settings, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears downstream, we can trace it back to the exact coil of wire and the exact shift that made it. You get a traceability report with every shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch We do not just check the first piece and assume the rest are fine. Every batch goes through a final inspection: free length, outer diameter, hook alignment, and load at specified deflection. You receive a signed inspection report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. For critical springs, we can provide full dimensional reports with CMM data.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your assembly might need more than just springs. We also run CNC machining, metal stamping, and heatsink production lines under the same roof. That means you can order a spring, a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined shaft, and a heatsink from one supplier. One purchase order, one quality standard, one shipping point. This cuts your supplier management time and reduces logistics cost.

Where these parts are used

Custom stainless steel extension tension springs are not shelf items. They are engineered for specific loads and environments. Typical applications include:

  • Medical devices: retraction mechanisms in surgical instruments, catheter delivery systems, and orthopedic braces. Stainless steel resists sterilization cycles.
  • Automotive: clutch return springs, brake pedal return springs, and seat belt retractors. These need fatigue life over 100,000 cycles.
  • Aerospace: latch springs in cabin interiors, control cable tensioners, and landing gear safety locks. Material certs and traceability are mandatory here.
  • Industrial equipment: conveyor belt tensioners, valve return springs, and safety interlocks on presses.
  • Consumer electronics: hinge springs in laptops, camera shutter mechanisms, and retractable stylus pens. Small wire diameters and tight tolerances are common.
  • Energy sector: spring-loaded relief valves in oil and gas pipelines, and solar tracker tension systems.

If your application requires a spring that pulls two components together with a specific force, this is the product line for you.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototypes from 1 piece. For production, we accept any quantity. The unit price will be higher for small batches, but the tooling cost is zero—our CNC machines are fully programmable. You pay only for what we make.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We follow DIN 2095 Grade 1 as the default. For critical dimensions, we use a 100% inspection plan. Our quality team measures free length, outer diameter, hook position, and load at specified deflection. We provide an inspection report per batch. If you need PPAP level 3, we can do that too.

Q: What is the lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 10–15 days for standard stainless steel grades. For exotic alloys like Inconel, add 3–5 days for material procurement. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill test report from the wire supplier, showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full traceability to the heat number.
