Opening

We bend wire into exact shapes. You send a drawing, we return a spring that fits your assembly on the first try. Every piece is verified before shipment, not sampled and assumed.

This collection covers special shaped wire forms: torsion arms, clips, hooks, U-forms, zigzag springs, and multi-bend latches. If it’s not a standard compression or extension spring, this is the line for you.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical bends
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 100,000 pieces
  • Material: spring steel, stainless steel, music wire, phosphor bronze
  • Verification: 100% dimensional check on critical features, batch report included

Heavy Duty Custom Coil Compression Springs

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat number and wire lot is recorded. If a part fails in your field, we trace it back to the exact coil and machine operator. You get a genealogy, not a shrug.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don’t have to ask. Every shipment includes a dimensional report with measured values against your drawing. Critical bends are checked on a CMM, not a protractor. For high-volume orders, we use SPC sampling per AQL 2.5, but we can tighten to AQL 1.0 on request.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your wire form might need a stamped bracket welded on, or a CNC-machined end fitting. We do all four processes under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, and no finger-pointing between suppliers. It also cuts your logistics cost by roughly 30% compared to using three separate vendors.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom wire forms replace cast or machined parts when you need low mass, high fatigue life, or simple deflection.

  • Automotive interiors: seat recliner springs, glove box dampers, pedal return springs with complex hook ends.
  • Medical devices: surgical instrument return springs, catheter guidewire forms, orthodontic archwire bends (we hold ±0.02 mm there).
  • Consumer electronics: battery contact clips, SIM card ejector springs, hinge torsion springs for laptops.
  • Industrial equipment: safety latch springs for machine guards, conveyor belt tracking springs, vibration isolator forms.
  • Energy sector: solar panel mounting clips, battery pack compression springs for EV modules, connector springs for charging stations.

If your part bends, twists, or holds tension, we can form it from wire up to 12 mm thick.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run prototypes from 1 piece. Production batches start at 100 pieces. Tooling is CNC-programmed, so there are no die costs to amortize.

Q: How do you control tolerance on complex bends? A: We use servo-driven wire benders with closed-loop position feedback. After forming, critical dimensions are measured on a CMM. We provide a full report with your shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we sort 100% before packing.

Q: What is your lead time for a custom shape? A: Prototype (1–50 pcs): 7–12 days. Production (1,000+ pcs): 15–20 days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 5 days for prototypes at a 15% surcharge. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or air freight from our factory in Dongguan.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill test certificate (MTC) for the wire material, plus our own hardness and tensile test results. For medical or automotive, we can provide PPAP Level 3 documentation on request.

Send Your Drawing

Stop guessing if a supplier can hit your tolerance. Send us your 2D drawing or 3D STEP file. We will review bend radii, springback, and material selection within 12 working hours.

You get a firm quote with unit price, tooling cost (usually zero), and a delivery date. No vague estimates.
