Opening

Your drawing is the starting point. We turn it into a verified, batch-traceable spring. Every coil is made to your print, not to a guess. We check load, free length, and solid height before anything ships.

At a glance: Wire diameter 0.1 mm – 20 mm. Tolerance per DIN 2095 Grade 1 or tighter (up to ±0.01 mm on request). Lead time 5–10 working days for prototypes. No MOQ. 100% inspection report included with every batch.

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC, stamping, and spring lines. You send the drawing. We handle the rest.

Custom Double Coil Torsion Springs

We use CNC coiling machines with servo-driven wire feed. This gives repeatable pitch and consistent load, even on long runs. For high-volume orders, we add automatic sorting and 100% dimensional checks.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique heat number and production log. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the wire lot, machine, and operator shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a hard copy and PDF with measured free length, OD, solid height, and load at specified deflection. We test 100% of critical dimensions on prototypes. For production, we use AQL 2.5 or your specified sampling plan.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined housing, and a spring. We make all of them under one roof. This cuts your supplier list, freight cost, and tolerance stack-up risk. You get one invoice, one quality system, one responsible party.

Where these parts are used

Heavy duty compression springs from this collection go into equipment that sees constant cycling and high loads.

  • Automotive suspension and valve trains. Springs that survive 10 million cycles without fatigue failure.
  • Industrial hydraulic valves. Precise load at set height for pressure relief and flow control.
  • Agricultural machinery. Large-diameter springs for seeders, balers, and tillage tools.
  • Medical device actuators. Small, high-force springs in surgical staplers and drug delivery pens.
  • Energy sector. Springs for switchgear, circuit breakers, and solar tracker locking mechanisms.
  • Aerospace ground support. Springs for landing gear locks and cargo door mechanisms.

In every case, the buyer needs a spring that matches the drawing exactly. Our custom springs are made in China but verified to international standards. You do not have to choose between price and precision.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We make one prototype or one million pieces. For a single piece, we charge a small setup fee. For production orders, the setup fee is waived. No MOQ means you can test a design before committing to volume.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on load and free length? A: Standard is DIN 2095 Grade 1. We can hold ±0.01 mm on OD and free length for wire up to 3 mm. Load tolerance is ±5% standard, ±2% with grinding and load sorting. Tell us your requirement; we will confirm before quoting.

Q: What is your lead time for prototypes and production? A: Prototypes ship in 5–10 working days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000–50,000 pieces ship in 15–20 working days. We use air freight for urgent orders. Express courier (DHL/FedEx) is available at cost.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and test reports? A: Yes. Every batch includes a material mill certificate from the wire supplier. We also provide heat treatment reports, hardness tests, and load test data. RoHS and REACH declarations are standard. Additional third-party testing (SGS, TÜV) can be arranged at cost.
