1. Batch-traceable quality. Each order gets a unique batch number. Raw material lot, machine settings, heat treat cycle, and inspection results are logged against that number. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it to the exact coil of wire in 30 minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Every batch ships with a dimensional report, load test data, and material cert. Prototypes include a full CMM report. Production runs include AQL sampling data. No extra charge.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your custom spring is often part of a larger assembly. We machine the bracket, stamp the clip, coil the spring, and bond the heat sink—under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer vendors, fewer excuses.

Q: Is there really no MOQ? Yes. We run prototypes from 1 piece. For production, we do not set a minimum. Tooling is simple for wire forms—often just a CNC program. You pay for parts, not for minimums.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on my custom spring? Standard is ±0.05 mm on wire diameter and ±0.1 mm on free length. For critical load rates, we can hold ±3% of specified force. We recommend you send the drawing with your required tolerance—we will confirm if it is achievable before quoting.
Q: What is your lead time for custom springs? Prototypes: 5–10 working days after drawing approval. Production: 12–15 working days for typical quantities. For urgent orders, we offer 24-hour prototype service on simple compression springs. Air freight from Shenzhen airport is 1–2 days to most global hubs.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? Yes. Every batch can include EN 10204 3.1 material certs, heat treatment reports, and surface finish test results. Just specify at quote stage. We keep raw material traceability for 5 years.
