We use CNC coiling for consistent pitch and diameter. Heat treatment removes residual stress so your spring holds its free angle over time. Leg forming is done on a separate CNC station to keep angular accuracy.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run prototypes from 1 piece. Production runs from 100 pieces are welcome. Tooling is minimal for springs, so small batches are cost-effective.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: CNC coiling holds wire diameter and coil pitch within ±0.02 mm. Free angle is checked on a digital protractor. Load is tested at specified deflection angles. We provide a full inspection report per batch. If we miss a dimension, we remake the batch at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and airfreight the first 20% within 5 days. We will quote the split at no extra engineering cost.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for copper and bronze alloys, including chemical composition and hardness. For medical or automotive applications, we can add full traceability documentation. Just specify the standard you need (ASTM, EN, or JIS).
