Precision Touch Screen Spring Contacts – Made to Your Drawing, Verified Before Shipment

Your touch screen assembly lives or dies by the spring contact. We get that. That is why every custom spring we ship is made from your exact drawing—no guesswork, no substitutions. We verify dimensions, load, and finish on every batch before it leaves our floor.

  • Tolerance: ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions
  • Lead time: 5–7 days for prototypes, 10–15 days for production
  • No MOQ – order 10 pieces or 1 million
  • Material certs and full inspection report included per batch
  • Factory-direct pricing, made in China, 20 years in precision manufacturing

Specifications

We run a dedicated spring line alongside our CNC, stamping, and heat sink operations. That means you get one supplier for multiple precision parts—and one quality system across all of them.

Custom Copper Helical Antenna Springs

We use CNC coiling machines for complex geometries and high-speed forming for simple compression springs. Every spring is deburred and stress-relieved before plating. We can also add end grinding, closed ends, or reduced OD for tight assembly pockets.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality, not just a box of springs. Every batch gets a lot number. We track material heat, machine settings, and operator from coil to carton. If you ever have a field failure, we can trace back to the exact wire lot and process parameters. That is rare for a spring supplier.

2. Inspection report per batch—no surprises. You get a dimensional report, material cert, and surface finish check with every shipment. We measure free length, OD, wire diameter, and load at specified deflection. If a batch does not meet your drawing, it does not ship.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your touch screen assembly likely needs more than just springs. We make the metal stamping contacts, CNC-machined brackets, and heat sinks in the same facility. One RFQ, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer vendors, fewer headaches.

Where These Parts Are Used

Touch screen spring contacts are not just for phones. We supply them for:

  • Industrial HMI panels – spring-loaded pogo pins for reliable connection under vibration
  • Medical device touch screens – corrosion-resistant stainless or beryllium copper for repeated sterilization cycles
  • Automotive infotainment – high-cycle springs that survive temperature swings from -40°C to 85°C
  • POS terminals and kiosks – gold-plated contacts for low resistance and long service life
  • Wearables and smart home devices – miniature springs with tight tolerances for compact PCBA layouts
  • Test and measurement equipment – custom spring contacts for probe fixtures and socket connectors

If your drawing calls for a specific load, deflection, or cycle life, we can adjust material and heat treatment to hit it. We have made springs with over 1 million cycle life for automotive applications.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We accept orders from 10 pieces for prototypes to 1 million for production. Prototype pricing is higher per piece, but you get the same quality system and inspection report as a large batch. No minimum order fee.

Q: What tolerance can you hold, and how do you verify it? We hold ±0.02 mm on critical dimensions like free length and OD. For load-critical springs, we test on a digital force tester and include the results in the inspection report. Non-critical dimensions are held to ±0.05 mm.

Q: What is the typical lead time? Prototypes are 5–7 days after drawing approval. Production runs are 10–15 days, depending on quantity and surface finish. Plating adds 2–3 days. We can expedite for urgent orders—just tell us your deadline.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? Yes. Every batch ships with a material certificate from the mill, plus our own inspection report. We can provide RoHS, REACH, and conflict-free declarations on request. All materials are traceable to the original coil.
