Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly that way, then prove it before shipment.
Collection 02 covers stainless steel touch springs for electrical contact and mechanical retention. We produce these to your print, not from a catalog. Every coil is wound, heat-treated, and tested to your specified load and deflection.
At a glance: Tolerance ±0.02 mm on wire diameter, ±0.05 mm on free length. Lead time 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs. No MOQ. 100% inspection before shipment.
We run stainless steel touch springs on CNC coiling machines and precision press lines. The table below lists standard capabilities. If your requirement falls outside these ranges, send the drawing anyway—we quote specials weekly.
| Parameter | Capability |
|---|---|
| Wire diameter | 0.10 mm – 8.00 mm |
| Materials | SUS 301, SUS 304, SUS 316, SUS 631 (17-7PH) |
| Coiling process | CNC coiling (wire dia. ≤ 4.0 mm), CNC press forming (wire dia. > 4.0 mm) |
| Free length tolerance | ±0.05 mm (standard), ±0.02 mm (precision) |
| Outer diameter tolerance | ±0.05 mm |
| Load tolerance | ±3% of specified load at working height |
| Surface finish | Passivated, electropolished, or as-drawn |
| Heat treatment | Stress-relieved or fully hardened to Rockwell C 40–48 |
| Batch size | 1 piece to 1,000,000 pieces |
| Inspection | 100% dimensional check on critical features, load test per batch |
Every spring gets a minimum of two quality gates: one after forming, one after heat treatment. We record the actual wire lot number on the batch card.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each production lot carries a unique batch code. That code links to the wire certificate, machine settings, heat treatment profile, and inspection results. If a field failure occurs, you can trace it back to the exact coil and operator shift. We keep records for 10 years.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a dimensional report and load test data with every shipment. The report lists measured values for free length, outer diameter, and load at working height. For critical springs, we include a CMM check report.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your touch spring often sits inside an assembly that also has a stamped contact plate, a CNC-machined housing, and a heat sink. When you send us the whole assembly drawing, we coordinate all four processes under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No finger-pointing between suppliers.
Stainless steel touch springs appear wherever a reliable electrical contact is needed under repeated compression. Common applications include:
In these applications, the spring's load at a specific height matters more than its free length. That is why we test load, not just dimensions, on every batch.

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We run prototypes starting at 1 piece. For production, we price per piece based on wire diameter and quantity. Small batches cost more per piece because setup time is fixed, but you are never forced to order more than you need.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling machines with closed-loop wire feed control. After forming, springs pass through a load tester that verifies force at your specified height. Dimensional checks use digital micrometers and optical projectors. A batch inspection report accompanies every shipment.
Q: What is the lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 working days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 working days, depending on quantity and heat treatment requirements. For urgent needs, we can split the batch—ship the first 10% early to keep your line running.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every wire lot comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We attach a copy to the batch card and include it in the shipping documents. For SUS 316 or 17-7PH, we also provide corrosion test reports on request.
Email your PDF or STEP file to sc@bquq.com. Include the material grade, load requirements, and any surface finish notes. You will receive a firm quote within 12 hours—not a ballpark, not a range. A firm price with delivery date.
