A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can rush prototypes in 3–5 days at a small surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for the raw wire material with every production batch. Inspection reports include hardness and surface data. All certificates are in English.
