Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We accept orders from 10 pieces. Prototype orders are common. Production pricing starts at 1,000 pieces, but we never turn away a small order.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on custom springs? A: Standard tolerance is ±0.10 mm on free length and outer diameter. For precision applications, we hold ±0.05 mm. Load tolerance is ±10% at working height. If you need tighter, tell us—we will evaluate your drawing and material.
Q: What is your lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can rush prototypes in 3–5 days at a small surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for the raw wire material with every production batch. Inspection reports include hardness and surface data. All certificates are in English.
