Opening

Send us your drawing. We build your extension spring to spec, not to guesswork.

Every coil is wound, heat-treated, and stress-relieved on our own lines. Before shipment, we verify load at a specified length, free length, and outside diameter. If it does not match your drawing, it does not ship.

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years in the business. CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof. You talk to an engineer, not a sales script.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on wire diameter and free length (DIN 2095 Grade 2)
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production
  • No MOQ. One piece or one million, same drawing review process.

Custom Double Torsion Springs Made in China

We use Japanese and German coiling machines. Wire is sourced from certified mills only. Each batch gets a heat number, and we keep that traceability for 10 years.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality, not a lottery. Every heat of wire is logged. Every production batch gets a unique ID. If a part fails in your assembly, we can trace it back to the wire supplier, coiling machine, and operator shift. We do this because your liability ends where our quality begins.

2. Inspection report with every batch. You get a dimensional report and a load test report. We measure free length, OD, and load at your specified deflection. For critical springs, we add a 100% load sorting. No extra charge for standard reports. You know exactly what you receive before it leaves our dock.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your spring is not an orphan part. We machine the brackets, stamp the retainers, and even make the heat sink it mounts to. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. You save on logistics and you kill the tolerance stacking between different suppliers.

Where These Parts Are Used

These are not toy springs. Our customers use them in:

  • Automotive – clutch return springs, brake pedal return, throttle linkage, seat belt retractors
  • Medical devices – surgical instrument return, catheter delivery systems, orthopedic tensioners
  • Aerospace – actuator return springs, latch mechanisms, non-magnetic applications (17-7PH)
  • Industrial equipment – conveyor tensioners, valve return, spring-loaded seals
  • Electrical enclosures – grounding clips, door latches, battery contact tension
  • Consumer appliances – washing machine door locks, toaster mechanisms, vacuum cleaner brush rolls

If your spring fails, your product stops. We build them to survive 100,000 cycles minimum, and we test to your cycle requirement if you specify it.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? No MOQ. We make one prototype for you to test, then scale to production. Prototype lead time is 7 days, and we ship via DHL or FedEx. For production runs, we split into smaller batches to keep your inventory flexible.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? We start with DIN 2095 as the baseline. For critical dimensions, we use a CNC spring tester with a load cell accuracy of ±0.5%. Every batch is checked at first article, mid-run, and final inspection. We keep the first article for 24 months. If you need PPAP Level 3, we provide it.

Q: What is your lead time for custom springs? Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days for standard stainless steel. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5 days for prototypes at a 15% surcharge. We will tell you the exact date before you place the order.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for stainless steel wire. We also provide our own heat treatment logs and hardness test reports. All documents are in English and sent with the shipment.

Send Your Drawing
