1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of material gets a unique lot number. That lot number follows the parts through stamping, washing, and inspection. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact coil, press, and operator shift. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just check the first piece. Each batch gets a dimensional report based on AQL sampling. We measure hole size, pitch, flatness, and burr height. The report is sent to you before the goods leave our factory. You know the parts are good before they arrive.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your micro filter screen often sits inside a housing or assembly. Instead of managing four suppliers, you send us the whole assembly drawing. We stamp the screen, CNC machine the housing, make the spring that holds it in place, and attach the heat sink if needed. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We will stamp one prototype for your fit test. For production, you decide the quantity. Many customers start with 500 pieces for a pilot run, then scale up to millions. The unit price drops with volume, but we never force you to over-order.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: First, we review your drawing before cutting steel. If we see a tolerance that is not achievable in stamping, we tell you and suggest an alternative. After tooling is built, we run a first article and send you the full dimensional report. During production, we check every batch with a 2.5D vision system and CMM. You get the report with the shipment.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom part? A: Prototype tooling takes 7-10 days. Production parts ship 15-20 days after tooling approval. If you need urgent parts, we can run a temporary die in 3 days for a small quantity. This is common for machine repair or emergency replacement.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for stainless steel and other alloys. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents. If you need a specific mill or grade, we will source it for you.
