Opening

Your relay lives or dies by the contact reed. We make sure it lives.

We stamp relay contact reeds exactly to your drawing. Tolerances are held, burrs are controlled, and every batch is checked before it leaves our floor. You get parts that seat, weld, and switch consistently—verified before shipment.

  • Tolerance: ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production
  • No MOQ—order 100 pieces or 1,000,000
  • Material thickness range: 0.05 mm to 3.0 mm
  • Surface finish: as-drawn, plated, or passivated per spec

Precision Stamped Micro Filter Screens

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique heat number and production code. If a part fails in your assembly, we can trace it to the exact coil, die, and shift. No guesswork. No blame games. Just data.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don’t have to ask for it. Every shipment includes a dimensional report, material cert, and surface finish check. Your incoming QC signs off in minutes, not days.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your relay housing needs a stamped contact, a CNC-machined base, a precision spring, and a heat sink. We make all four under one roof. Fewer vendors, less logistics, one accountable partner. That’s precision manufacturing without the runaround.

Where these parts are used

Our stamped relay contact reeds go into applications where failure is not an option.

  • Automotive relays: Starter motor relays, fuel pump relays, and ABS modules. Vibration, heat, and millions of cycles—our reeds handle it.
  • Industrial control panels: PLC output relays, safety relays, and contactors. Consistent contact resistance is critical at 24V DC.
  • HVAC systems: Compressor contactors and fan relays. Silver-nickel contacts resist arc erosion from inductive loads.
  • Telecom equipment: Signal relays in base stations and switches. Low current, high reliability—gold plating on beryllium copper is standard.
  • Energy meters: Smart meters and grid monitoring relays. Long service life with no maintenance.
  • Medical devices: Defibrillators and diagnostic equipment. Small, precise, and sterile-compatible.

If your part switches current, chances are we’ve stamped something similar. Send us your drawing and we’ll tell you if it’s feasible—within 12 hours.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. No MOQ for custom metal stamping. You can order 100 pieces for a prototype or 1,000,000 for production. Tooling cost is quoted separately and amortized over your first production run if you order more than 50,000 pieces.

Q: How do you guarantee ±0.01 mm tolerance? A: We use progressive dies with precision ground punches and die buttons. First articles are measured on a CMM with 0.001 mm resolution. During production, we check every hour with optical comparators. If a dimension drifts, we stop the press and adjust—not after 10,000 bad parts, but immediately.

Q: What’s your typical lead time for stamped parts? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days, depending on material availability and plating requirements. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5 days on prototypes at a 15% surcharge.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the raw material, plus a declaration of RoHS and REACH compliance. If you need IMDS or PPAP documents, we provide those too—just specify at order time.
