1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique lot number. We record the wire heat number, machine settings, and operator ID. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact coil and hour of production. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not rely on a single final check. After coiling, we measure free length, outer diameter, and wire diameter on a sample from every batch. Then we load-test 5% of the parts to verify spring rate and solid height. You receive a signed inspection report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp.
