All parts are deburred, cleaned, and rust-protected before packing. We keep your material certs and process sheets on file for 5 years.
## Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, tool wear data, and operator ID. If a problem shows up in your assembly line, we can trace it to the exact shift and machine. That is precision manufacturing you can audit.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. You get a PDF with CMM results, dimensional measurements, and surface finish readings for every batch. We also send photos of critical features before shipping. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your clutch assembly might need a machined hub, a stamped cover plate, a return spring, and a heat sink for the friction zone. We make all four under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordination headaches between suppliers.

In every case, the part must hold concentricity under heat and vibration. We machine from solid billet or forged blanks, never cast, for maximum grain structure integrity.
## Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype at the same tolerance as a 10,000-piece order. The setup cost is higher per piece, but you get a functional part to test. Once approved, we scale up without changing the process.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the machine and a final CMM check on a sample (per AQL 2.5 for production runs). Every critical dimension is recorded. If any reading is out of spec, the whole batch is quarantined and reworked or scrapped.
Q: What is your realistic lead time? A: For a simple clutch hub (2–3 operations), 7 days for a prototype. For a complex 5-axis part with multiple setups, allow 15 days. Production orders ship in 20–25 days after you approve the first article. We quote exact dates with your drawing.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for steel and aluminum. For aerospace or automotive PPAP, we provide full documentation including FMEA and control plans.
