1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. Raw material heat numbers are recorded. Machining parameters are logged. If a problem shows up in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact bar stock and tool pass. No mystery. No blame games.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report with measured values for critical features. We use CMM and calibrated gauges. If a dimension is out, we flag it before shipping — not after you find it.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one piece for a prototype and 100 pieces for a pilot run. The price per piece drops as quantity increases, but we never force you to order more than you need.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection on every new job. In-process checks every 2 hours during production. Final inspection with CMM and calibrated gauges. You get the report with the shipment. If you want video of the parts being measured, we can do that too.
Q: What is the lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes in 7 days. Production runs in 10–15 days, depending on material and finish. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and airfreight the first 20% while the rest is still running.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill certificates for raw material, plus RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For aerospace or medical, we can also supply full traceability documentation.
