2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. We measure thread pitch, major/minor diameter, head angle, and surface roughness. The report lists actual values, not just "pass/fail." Your QA team can file it directly.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one piece for prototype validation. For production, we suggest 500+ pieces to optimize cost per unit, but we accept 10-piece orders without penalty.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC lathes with live tooling, not manual machines. After machining, we inspect with CMM and thread gauges. Critical dimensions are checked 100%. We send the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for titanium screws? A: Prototype: 7 days. Production: 12 days after drawing approval. For urgent orders, we can split the batch – ship half in 5 days, the rest in 10. Titanium bar stock is always in our warehouse.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the titanium, showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide heat treatment reports if you specify annealing or aging.
