Opening

Your sprocket drawing is the only spec we need. We machine it to your exact tooth profile, pitch, and bore. Every part is verified before shipment. We do not batch-run and hope. We measure.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical bores and tooth forms
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for most custom CNC machining orders
  • No MOQ: 1 piece or 10,000 pieces, same process control
  • Material certs: Mill test reports included with every batch

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years of machining experience. Our sprockets run on chains that move heavy loads, index precisely, and synchronize motion. If you have a drawing, we have a quote for you today.

Precision CNC Machined Furniture Hardware Hinges Knobs Made

We use CNC lathes with live tooling for one-setup machining. This keeps bore-to-tooth concentricity tight. For sprockets over 300 mm diameter, we switch to vertical machining centers with rotary tables. Every part is deburred and cleaned before inspection.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each sprocket gets a unique serial number. We track the heat number, machine operator, tool path, and inspection results. If a part fails in your field, we trace it back to the exact batch and machine. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every order. This includes tooth profile deviation, bore diameter, keyway dimensions, and surface roughness. We use a CMM and gear measuring machine. The report is signed by our QC engineer. You do not need to re-measure.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your sprocket assembly might need a stamped cover plate, a spring tensioner, or a heat sink for the motor. We make all of them under one roof. This cuts your logistics cost and shortens your supply chain. One purchase order, one quality standard, one responsible party.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom CNC machining sprockets are not just for bicycles. We supply them for:

  • Automotive timing systems – camshaft and crankshaft sprockets, 4140 steel, induction hardened
  • Conveyor systems – food-grade stainless sprockets for washdown environments
  • Agricultural machinery – combine harvesters, balers, and seeders needing high wear resistance
  • Material handling – overhead chain conveyors in paint shops, heavy-duty roller chains
  • Packaging lines – precision index sprockets for bottle filling and carton sealing
  • Mining and cement – large-diameter sprockets for bucket elevators, made from 42CrMo

Our parts are made in China, but they meet ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards. We export to automotive, packaging, and automation companies in Europe and North America. The tooth profile is cut to your drawing, not to a generic catalog.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine 1 piece for prototyping at the same quality as 10,000. Our CNC machines are flexible. Setup time is the same, so we charge a small setup fee for small batches. For production runs, the setup fee is absorbed.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use a CMM and gear measuring machine for 100% inspection on critical dimensions. For every batch, we provide a full inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost. Our tolerance is ±0.005 mm on bores, which is tighter than most chain standards require.

Q: What is your lead time for custom sprockets? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production runs of 500–5,000 pieces ship in 12–15 days. If you need faster, we can expedite with a 20% surcharge. We do not quote lead times we cannot meet.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill test report from the steel mill. We also provide heat treatment certificates if you require hardening. All certificates are in English and traceable to the heat number.
