All brass stock is sourced from certified mills. We keep standard bar sizes in-house for fast starts.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We record machine parameters, tool wear, and inspector initials. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact shift and spindle. You get a file, not a shrug.
2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to ask. Each shipment includes a dimensional report with measured values against your tolerances. Critical features are marked on a copy of your drawing. For high-volume runs, we include SPC charts. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your marine hardware often needs a bracket, a spring, or a heat sink. We run all four lines under one roof. You send one drawing package. We coordinate the processes. You receive one consolidated shipment. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype for $50 plus shipping. For production, we do not force you into a minimum. You order what you need. Many clients start with 10 pieces for field testing, then scale to 5,000.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to our habits. First article is inspected 100% on critical dimensions. Production parts are sampled per ISO 2859-1. The inspection report is included with every shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at our cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype: 5–7 days after drawing approval. Production: 10–15 days for standard brass alloys. Complex multi-axis parts with tight tolerances may add 3–5 days. We give you a firm date in our quote, and we hit it.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates with heat number for every batch. For naval brass and lead-free alloys, we also provide chemical composition and mechanical property data. No extra charge.
