Precision CNC Machined Surgical Instruments

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We track material heat numbers, tool wear, and inspection results against that number. If you have a problem six months later, we can pull the records and tell you exactly what happened.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don't have to trust us. We send a dimensional report for every batch—critical features measured, tolerance deviations noted, and photos of the parts. For tight-tolerance jobs, we include CMM data points. You approve before we ship.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your assembly may need a machined housing, a stamped bracket, a spring, and a heat sink. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Where these parts are used

Our custom CNC machining serves industries that demand precision and repeatability:

  • Medical devices: surgical instrument handles, implant trial components, custom jigs for sterilization trays.
  • Aerospace: bracket prototypes, sensor housings, test fixtures for flight control systems.
  • Automotive: engine sensor mounts, EV battery cooling plates, custom fittings for brake lines.
  • Robotics: joint housings, gearbox plates, end-effector mounts.
  • Electronics: heat sink prototypes, connector bodies, camera mounts.
  • Industrial automation: pneumatic valve blocks, custom pulleys, alignment pins.

If your part needs tight tolerances, a specific surface finish, or a material that's hard to source, we've likely machined something similar. Send the drawing and we'll tell you the most cost-effective way to make it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We machine one prototype for you to test, or 10,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we don't turn away single-piece orders.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every batch, not just the first article. Critical dimensions are measured on CMM and recorded in the inspection report. If any part is out of spec, we re-machine or rework it at no cost to you.

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 3–5 business days after drawing approval. Batch orders (100–1,000 pieces) typically ship in 7–10 days. Larger quantities or complex surface finishes may take up to 15 days. We confirm exact dates in your quote.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material, plus our own incoming inspection record. For medical or aerospace parts, we can also provide full traceability documentation.
