Custom CNC Machined Agricultural Machinery Parts

We do not outsource. CNC machining, stamping, springs, and heat sinks all happen under one roof. That means your surgical instrument drawings are not shared with third-party shops.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We track material heat, tool wear, and operator shifts. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact machine and setup. You get a full inspection report per batch—not a generic certificate.

2. Inspection report per batch. Each batch ships with a dimensional report. We measure critical features on a CMM and record the actual values. You do not have to trust our word. You can verify every number against your drawing. For surgical instruments, this is not optional. It is standard.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your instrument may need a machined handle, a stamped blade, a spring-loaded mechanism, or a heat sink for a laser tip. We do all of it. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordination headaches between suppliers. No tolerance mismatches between components.

Where These Parts Are Used

CNC machined surgical instruments are not just scalpels and forceps. Our customers machine parts for:

  • Laparoscopic tools – 5-axis machined jaws, rods, and rotating knobs with tight clearance
  • Orthopedic drills and guides – 17-4PH stainless steel, passivated, with ±0.01 mm hole positions
  • Dental implant drivers – Swiss-turned titanium parts with Ra 0.2 µm finish
  • Electrosurgical forceps – insulated shafts and spring-loaded handles
  • Robotic surgery end-effectors – small, complex geometries with 0.05 mm wall thickness
  • Biopsy needles – cannulated tubes and sharp tips, ground to a 12° bevel

These parts see blood, bone, and repeated sterilization. They must not corrode, bend, or fail. Our machining process removes burrs, controls edge break, and achieves the surface finish that prevents bacterial adhesion.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine 1 piece for prototypes and 10,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but the quality standard does not change.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machine, then verify on a CMM after machining. Every batch gets a dimensional report. Critical features are measured 100%, not sampled.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 7–15 days. Production runs in 15–25 days, depending on quantity and material. We quote firm lead times with your order confirmation.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 certificates, mill test reports, and heat number traceability for stainless steel and titanium. All materials are sourced from certified mills.

Send Your Drawing

We give firm quotes in 12 hours. Send your 2D or 3D file, your material spec, and your quantity. We reply with a price, a lead time, and a DFM (design for manufacturability) note if we see a way to make your part better or cheaper.

This is custom CNC machining made in China, with no MOQ and full traceability. You are not buying blind. You are buying a verified part.
