Opening

Your differential gear drawing is our starting point. We machine it to print, verify it on a CMM, and ship it with a full inspection report. No guesswork, no "close enough."

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC lines for 20 years. We make gear parts for drivetrains, axles, and transfer cases. Every batch is traceable to raw material heat numbers and machine operator.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production
  • No MOQ — send one piece or ten thousand
  • Material certs included with every shipment

Precision CNC Machined Oil Pump Parts

We handle the full gear manufacturing chain in-house. Cutting, heat treatment, grinding, and final inspection happen under one roof. That means shorter lead times and fewer quality gaps.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every part gets a unique batch number. We record raw material heat, machine used, operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact operation in minutes. You get a PDF report with each shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship parts without measuring them. Each batch includes a dimensional report, material cert, and hardness test results. For critical dimensions, we provide CMM data points. You can verify our work before parts leave our dock.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your differential assembly likely needs more than just gear parts. We also run metal stamping, spring manufacturing, and heat sink lines. You send us one drawing package, we coordinate all processes, and you receive one consolidated shipment. Fewer vendors, fewer delays, one accountable partner.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined differential gear parts go into systems that transfer torque and manage speed differences.

  • Automotive axles — differential gears for front, rear, and all-wheel-drive vehicles.
  • Heavy trucks and off-road equipment — planetary gear sets and side gears for loaders, excavators, and mining trucks.
  • Agricultural machinery — tractor differentials and PTO gearboxes.
  • Electric vehicles — reduction gear sets and differential housings for e-axles.
  • Industrial gearboxes — bevel gears and pinions for conveyor drives and winches.
  • Motorsport and performance — lightweight differential gears in 7075 aluminum or high-strength 4340 steel.

These parts see high cyclic loads, shock torque, and continuous sliding contact. That is why we control material hardness, tooth profile, and surface finish to tight limits.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for validation or run 100,000 pieces for production. Tooling and setup costs are quoted per order, so small batches stay economical.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CMM and gear testers on every batch. Critical dimensions are checked at 100%. We also provide a full inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes ship in 7–10 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500+ pieces ship in 20–25 days. Heat treatment adds 3–5 days, depending on the case depth required.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every order includes a mill certificate for the raw material, heat treatment records, and hardness test results. We keep records for 10 years.
