We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years in CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. For bicycle parts, we cut aluminum from 6061-T6 or 7075-T6, hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm, and ship in 7–15 days.
We run a mix of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills, plus CNC lathes for round parts. All machines are calibrated weekly. Raw material is sourced with mill certificates, and we keep stock for common aluminum grades.

For bicycle parts, we commonly machine: dropouts, derailleur hangers, brake mounts, stem clamps, seatpost collars, and crank arms. Wall thickness down to 1.5 mm is routine, but we confirm stiffness with FEA if you request it.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with each shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM, and we include the data sheet. For high-volume runs, we use SPC sampling—every 20th piece checked. You know exactly what you received, not what we hope we made.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your bicycle part might need a CNC-machined bracket, a stamped washer, a spring clip, and a heat sink for a motor controller. We make all four in-house. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. You avoid juggling four suppliers and four sets of delays.
CNC machined aluminum bicycle parts go into performance and electric bikes, where strength-to-weight ratio and precision matter.
We also machine prototypes for frame builders and small-series production for boutique bike brands. If it’s aluminum and it’s on a bike, we can cut it.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every part for batches under 500 pieces. For larger runs, we use SPC sampling with AQL 1.0. A CMM report is included with every shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes: 7–10 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. Anodizing adds 3–5 days. We quote exact dates when you send the drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the aluminum, plus RoHS and REACH compliance documents if needed. We also keep samples of raw material for 12 months after shipment.
