A: We use a CMM for taper and concentricity checks on every batch. Hardness is verified with a Rockwell tester. We also do a 100% functional test with a master collet and a standard tap. The inspection report is included in the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For a custom ER25 collet chuck with tap, sample delivery is 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500 pieces take 15–20 days. Rush orders are possible—call us to confirm.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
