Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the machine. After machining, we verify with CMM and calipers. Critical dimensions are 100% inspected. You receive the inspection report with the shipment. If a part fails your incoming check, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes: 5–7 days. Production: 10–15 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. For urgent orders, we can split the batch—ship the first 20% by air, the rest by sea.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for metals, and FDA-grade certificates for plastics like POM or PEEK. All materials are sourced from certified mills, mostly in China or Japan.
