All parts are deburred and cleaned before packing. For food contact surfaces, we offer electropolishing to Ra 0.4 µm and passivation per ASTM A967.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM and compared to your GD&T callouts. We do not ship without the data. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your food processing machine may need a machined housing, a stamped bracket, a compression spring, and a heat sink for the motor drive. We make all four under one roof. You deal with one engineer, one invoice, one shipping date. Fewer vendors means fewer delays.
These parts run 24/7 in wet, acidic, or high-temperature environments. That is why we default to 316L stainless or FDA-grade plastics unless your drawing specifies otherwise.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We program, machine, and then inspect. Our CMM checks every critical dimension against your GD&T. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a part fails our internal check, it does not leave the factory.
Q: What is the lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes: 7–10 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days depending on quantity and material. For urgent needs, we can split the batch and air-ship the first pieces.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for stainless steel and aluminum. For food contact, we also provide FDA compliance documentation on request.
