Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 days. Production runs of 1,000 pieces ship in 10–15 days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 72 hours for simple geometries. We confirm exact dates after reviewing your drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes mill certificates for the raw material. We also provide heat treatment reports if required. For medical devices, we supply full traceability documentation.
