Opening

Your hydraulic system is only as reliable as the manifold that routes it. We machine valve manifolds to your exact drawing, not to a generic standard. Every hole, port, and thread is verified before shipment.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC lines for 20 years. You send the drawing. We return a part that drops into your assembly without rework.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. We assign a unique job number to every order. Material heat number, tool path logs, and operator initials are recorded. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact batch and machine. You get accountability, not excuses.

2. Inspection report per batch. No blind trust. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. Critical features like port depths and thread pitch diameters are measured on a CMM. We also pressure-test manifolds up to 350 bar when specified. You know what you are receiving before it leaves our floor.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your manifold may need a stamped mounting bracket, a compression spring, or an aluminum heat sink for cooling. We do all four in-house. No third-party coordination, no shipping delays between suppliers. One purchase order, one quality standard, one responsible party.

Where These Parts Are Used

Hydraulic valve manifolds from our shop go into applications where failure is not an option.

  • Mobile equipment: Excavator control blocks, loader valve stacks, telehandler hydraulic circuits.
  • Industrial presses: Clamping manifolds, injection molding machine hydraulics, die-casting units.
  • Test stands: Hydraulic power units for aerospace and automotive component testing.
  • Marine steering: Rudder control manifolds, stabilizer systems, winch hydraulics.
  • Energy sector: Wellhead control panels, frac pump lubrication manifolds (aluminum or stainless).

These parts see high pressure, vibration, and temperature swings. Our machining holds port alignment and surface finish so seals seat correctly and fluid flows without turbulence.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for your validation, then scale to 5000+ pieces. Prototype pricing is higher per piece, but production pricing drops with quantity.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We hold ±0.005 mm on critical bores and ±0.01 mm standard. First-article inspection is done on a CMM, and every batch gets a dimensional report. Threads are verified with go/no-go gauges. We also offer pressure testing at 350 bar if your drawing requires it.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 100–500 pieces take 15–20 days. Larger batches (1000+) take 20–25 days. We quote exact lead time with your firm quote.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for aluminum, stainless, and steel. Heat treatment reports are included for alloy steels. All certs are traceable to the batch number on your parts.
