A: We machine to your drawing, not to our convenience. Critical dimensions are verified on a CMM with a report included in every shipment. We also do 100% inspection on features that affect assembly, such as thread pitch diameter and press-fit bores.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Prototypes ship in 3-5 working days. Production runs of 100-1,000 pieces ship in 7-10 days. Larger batches up to 10,000 pieces take 12-15 days. Rush service cuts these times by 40% for an additional fee.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Every material we use comes with a mill certificate. We attach the certificate to your batch report. If you need third-party testing or special certifications (e.g., RoHS, REACH), we arrange it at cost.
