1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat numbers, tool offsets, and inspection data are logged against that number. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact shift and machine. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not guess. Every batch includes a dimensional report with actual measured values for critical features. CMM data for complex geometries, caliper and pin gauge data for standard holes and threads. You know what you are receiving before it ships.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: There is no MOQ. We run single prototypes for validation and ramp to full production without tooling changes. You pay the same setup rate whether you order 5 or 5,000 pieces.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to our convenience. Critical dimensions are verified on a CMM with a report included in every shipment. We also do 100% inspection on features that affect assembly, such as thread pitch diameter and press-fit bores.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 3-5 working days. Production runs of 100-1,000 pieces ship in 7-10 days. Larger batches up to 10,000 pieces take 12-15 days. Rush service cuts these times by 40% for an additional fee.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every material we use comes with a mill certificate. We attach the certificate to your batch report. If you need third-party testing or special certifications (e.g., RoHS, REACH), we arrange it at cost.
