Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly that way, then prove it before shipment.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC machining, metal stamping, spring, and heat sink production lines for 20 years. This page is about heat sinks. Specifically, custom heat sinks made from your CAD file, not from a catalog.

At a glance: CNC machining tolerance ±0.01 mm on critical fins. Lead time 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs. No MOQ. Inspection report with every batch. Made in China, shipped worldwide.

Specifications

All values below are standard for our heat sink line. We adjust them if your drawing requires tighter control.

Custom Aluminum Extrusion Heat Sink Profiles

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a unique batch number. We store material certificates, tool wear records, and inspection data under that number. If a problem appears in your assembly line six months later, we can trace it to the exact ingot and the exact shift that machined it.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Each batch ships with a dimensional report. It lists every critical feature from your drawing, the measured value, and the tolerance status. For high-volume orders, we include SPC charts on fin height and base flatness.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your heat sink assembly often needs a stamped clip, a spring for mounting pressure, or a CNC-machined base plate. Most suppliers outsource these. We do not. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer interfaces mean fewer mistakes.

Where these parts are used

Our custom heat sinks go into electronics that generate real heat and have real space constraints.

  • CPU coolers for servers and industrial PCs. High fin density, tight base flatness for direct contact with heat pipes.
  • IGBT modules and power converters. Aluminum base with copper insert for high thermal conductivity, machined to ±0.01 mm for press-fit assembly.
  • LED lighting fixtures. Anodized black heat sinks for passive cooling, with stamped mounting brackets.
  • Telecom base station amplifiers. Skived fin heat sinks with high surface area in a compact envelope.
  • Electric vehicle battery management systems. Liquid-cooled cold plates and finned heat sinks with O-ring grooves.
  • Medical imaging equipment. Precision-machined heat sinks with strict cleanliness requirements and no burrs.

If your application is not on this list, send the drawing anyway. We have machined heat sinks for laser optics, audio amplifiers, and drone motor controllers.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run a prototype with one piece and a production run with 50,000 pieces. The process is the same. The price per piece drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection is done on the first piece of every batch. We use a CMM and optical comparators. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a dimension is out of tolerance, we do not ship. We rework or scrap, and we tell you.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom heat sink? A: Prototype: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. Anodizing adds 3–5 days. We give you a confirmed date in the quotation, not a vague estimate.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for aluminum and copper, RoHS and REACH compliance documents, and a material test report if your drawing specifies a grade. All documents are in English.

Send your drawing

Stop comparing vague quotes. Send us your heat sink drawing and get a firm price in 12 hours.

We will review the geometry, suggest a manufacturing process if your design is not optimal for CNC, and quote with exact tolerances, lead time, and shipping cost. No hidden fees. No surprises.
