1. Batch-traceable quality. Every extrusion lot gets a unique heat number. We track it from billet to finished part. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact batch and correct it. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. Fin height, spacing, flatness, straightness, twist — all measured and recorded. We use CMM and optical comparators, not calipers and eyeballs. The report is yours to keep, even for a single prototype.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sink. Your heat sink often needs a stamped clip, a spring, or a CNC-machined base. Most factories outsource these. We don't. One purchase order, one quality standard, one shipping date. Fewer vendors, fewer delays, fewer arguments.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one piece for prototyping and 100,000 pieces for production. Same tooling, same quality system. Prototype pricing is higher per piece, but you pay only for what you order.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We measure every critical dimension on every batch. Extrusion profiles get a first-article inspection report before production. Machined features get 100% inspection on critical dimensions. Our QC team signs off before anything ships. You get the report with the goods.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Standard extrusion profiles ship in 10–15 working days. CNC machining adds 3–5 days. Surface treatment (anodizing, powder coating) adds 3–7 days depending on the finish. Rush orders are possible — call us and we'll tell you honestly if we can hit your date.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate showing alloy, temper, and chemical composition. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TÜV), we coordinate it at cost. No markup.
