Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly to that drawing—no interpretation, no shortcuts. Every custom heat sink we ship is verified against your CAD file before leaving the factory.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mounting surfaces
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ—order one piece or ten thousand
  • Surface finish: black anodized per MIL-A-8625 Type II or your spec

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of experience across CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You send the drawing. We handle the rest.

Specifications

All values below are standard for our heat sink line. If your drawing calls for something tighter, we can usually hold it—just note it on the RFQ.

Custom LED Street Light Heatsink

We use CNC machining for drilled holes, tapped threads, and milled pockets. For high-volume parts, we switch to stamping or extrusion, then finish with CNC for precision features. One factory, one quality standard.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a unique batch number. We track material lot, machine operator, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem shows up in your assembly, we can trace it back to the exact pour and shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists critical features—hole positions, flatness, surface finish—measured on a CMM. You do not have to trust us. You can verify.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your assembly might need a heat sink, a stamped bracket, and a compression spring. We make all three under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, and one quality contact. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Where these parts are used

Our custom heat sinks go into equipment where thermal management is not optional. Typical applications:

  • IGBT modules for motor drives, inverters, and welding machines—black anodized surfaces maximize radiative heat loss in enclosed cabinets.
  • Power supplies for telecom and data centers, where fin pitch is optimized for forced-air cooling.
  • EV charging stations, where base flatness ensures low thermal resistance between the IGBT and the sink.
  • Industrial servo drives, with custom hole patterns for mounting multiple modules on one sink.
  • Solar inverters, where outdoor-rated anodizing resists corrosion and UV degradation.
  • Medical laser power supplies, where tight tolerances on mounting surfaces prevent stress on ceramic substrates.

If your part moves current and generates heat, we can cool it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype or a million pieces. Prototype pricing is slightly higher per piece due to setup, but tooling is minimal for CNC-machined parts. For stamped heat sinks, we quote tooling separately.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We start with a DFM review of your drawing. Then we machine, anodize, and measure. Every critical dimension is checked on a CMM. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days, depending on batch size and anodizing schedule. We can expedite for an additional fee if your line is down.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for aluminum and copper, plus anodizing thickness reports. Certificates are included free with production orders. For prototypes, we can provide them on request.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing. Send us your heat sink drawing and get a firm quote within 12 hours. We will review the geometry, suggest cost reductions if possible, and confirm lead time. No obligation, no pressure.
