All material certs are mill-issued. We keep a sample from every batch for 12 months. If you need to trace a problem, we can pull the actual metal.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a batch number. That number ties to the material cert, the machine operator, the inspection report, and the CMM data. If your customer rejects a part, we can tell you exactly which melt of aluminum it came from. That is rare for a made-in-China supplier. We do it on every order.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send you the numbers. Dimensional checks, flatness readings, surface finish, and thread gauge results. For critical parts, we include photos of the CMM probe points. You can verify against your drawing before we even ship.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your power supply assembly probably needs more than just a heat sink. It needs a stamped bracket, a spring clip for the MOSFET, maybe a CNC-machined base plate. We do all of it under one roof. One purchase order. One quality system. Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype for $150 plus shipping. Production runs start at any quantity. We quote the same unit price for 50 pieces as for 5,000 pieces, with only a small setup fee for small batches.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every critical dimension on a CMM. For stamped parts, we check the first article and then every 50th piece during the run. You get the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost. No arguments.
Q: What is your lead time? A: CNC prototype: 7 days. Stamped sample: 10 days. Production: 15–20 days depending on quantity and surface treatment. Anodizing adds 3–4 days. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or air freight from Shenzhen. Door-to-door in 3–5 days to the US or Europe.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For medical or automotive work, we can provide full PPAP documentation.
