Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We make it exactly to that geometry—no interpretation, no shortcuts. Every heat sink is verified against your CAD model before shipment.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical fin spacing and base flatness
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for CNC prototypes, 15–20 days for stamped production
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 100,000 pieces at the same per-unit quality standard
  • Surface finish: plain aluminum, anodized (black or clear), or nickel-plated

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of experience across CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your custom heat sinks are made in China, but they meet export-grade inspection criteria—every batch.

Custom Industrial Heat Sinks Precision Manufacturing No MOQ

We use both CNC and stamping in-house. This means you get one process for low-volume prototypes and another for mass production—without changing suppliers. For stamped heat sinks, we maintain die tolerances within 0.02 mm to keep fin pitch consistent across millions of cycles.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat sink gets a unique batch number. We track raw material lot, machine operator, and inspection results for that batch. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back to the exact pour date and tool path. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report, material certificate, and surface finish measurement with every shipment. We use CMM for hole positions and fin angles, and a profilometer for roughness. The report is not a formality—it is the actual data from your parts.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Most suppliers outsource one of these processes. We do not. Your heat sink assembly might need a stamped clip, a CNC-machined base, and a compression spring for mounting. We make all three under one roof. This cuts your logistics cost, reduces lead time, and eliminates tolerance mismatch between parts from different vendors.

  • MOSFET heatsinks for power converters and motor drives—base flatness matters here because poor contact means thermal runaway.
  • LED lighting modules—aluminum 6063-T5 extruded or stamped fins with high emissivity anodize for passive cooling.
  • Telecom enclosures—low-profile stamped heat sinks for RF amplifiers, where fin height is limited by board spacing.
  • Automotive electronics—vibration-resistant designs with spring-loaded clips, tested to 10 G sinusoidal vibration.
  • Industrial power supplies—CNC-machined copper bases for IGBT modules, with nickel plating for corrosion resistance in humid environments.

In each case, the drawing specifies the interface. We hold that interface. Your assembly line does not need to rework our parts.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run single-piece CNC prototypes and 100,000-piece stamping jobs. Tooling cost for stamping is quoted separately, but we share it across your first three production orders.

Q: How do you ensure tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection (FAI) is done on the first part, and in-process checks every 50 pieces. Final inspection uses CMM for critical dimensions and a thermal test on a sample from each batch. You get the report.

Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: CNC prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Stamped production: 15–20 days for tooling, then 7–10 days per 10,000 pieces. We ship via air or sea, your choice.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Each batch comes with a mill certificate for aluminum or copper, showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.

Send Your Drawing Email your CAD file (STEP, IGES, or PDF) to sc@bquq.com. Include your target quantity and required finish. We reply with a firm quote within 12 hours—not a range, not a guess. For urgent discussions, WhatsApp +86 13713157787. We are in GMT+8, but we answer around the clock. Your drawing is the starting point. The quote is the commitment.
