We cut, mill, drill, tap, and deburr in-house. For stamped fins, we build the die and run it on our own presses. That keeps tolerances tight and lead times short.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a job number. That number follows the material from incoming billet to final inspection. If you need to know which batch a part came from, we can tell you in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to ask. Each shipment includes a dimensional report, surface finish readings, and material certificates. Our QC team measures critical features on a CMM and records them. You get the data, not promises.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Many buyers need a bracket, a spring clip, and a heat sink for the same assembly. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality standard, one shipping point. Fewer vendors, fewer headaches.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We prototype one piece and scale to 100,000. Tooling costs are quoted separately for stamped parts, but CNC-machined heat sinks have no setup minimum.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: Every part is measured against your drawing. Critical dimensions go on a CMM. Surface finish is checked with a profilometer. We send the report with the shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or remake at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 10–15 working days. Production runs in 20–25 working days, depending on quantity and finish. We can expedite for an additional fee.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper. For medical or aerospace applications, we can provide full traceability documentation.
