We run three dedicated heat sink lines: CNC machining for complex fin geometries, stamping for high-volume flat or folded designs, and an adhesive assembly station for tape-backed parts. All processes happen in one 8,000 m² factory in Dongguan.

Every adhesive back heatsink gets a flatness check on the mounting surface. We hold 0.05 mm flatness across the base to ensure full contact with your component. Tape application is done in a clean room to avoid dust contamination.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report, material certificate, and surface finish measurement with every shipment. No extra charge. The report matches your drawing callouts, not a generic checklist.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a compression spring for mounting, and a machined heat sink. We make all three under one roof. You save shipping costs, avoid tolerance mismatches between suppliers, and get one person to call for every issue.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We machine to ±0.05 mm on critical features. Every part is checked with calipers, pin gauges, and a CMM for complex geometry. The inspection report is included in your shipment. If a part fails your incoming QC, we replace it at no cost and cover freight.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? Prototype: 7 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days depending on quantity and surface finish. We run two shifts, so urgent orders can be expedited to 5 days for prototypes.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper, plus our own inspection report. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TÜV), we arrange it at cost.
