Precision Machined Pin Fin Heat Sinks

We run our own CNC line, so we control every cut. No outsourcing, no middlemen. If your drawing calls for a 0.05 mm tolerance on the mounting boss, that is what you get.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a unique batch number. We track material lot, machine, operator, and inspection results for that batch. If you need to trace a part back to its raw material, we give you the full chain in one PDF.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each shipment includes a dimensional report, a CMM check on critical features, and a surface finish reading. We measure what matters to your thermal performance—flatness of the mounting face, fin height, and thread pitch.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heatsinks. Your LED bulb assembly might need a stamped reflector, a spring contact, and a machined heatsink. We make all three under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, and one shipping date. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer arguments.

Where these parts are used

Round LED bulb heatsinks go into everyday lighting and demanding industrial fixtures. Common applications include:

  • A19, A21, and PAR30 LED bulbs—passive cooling for 9 W to 15 W drivers and LED arrays.
  • GU10 and MR16 retrofit lamps—compact heatsinks that fit tight reflector housings while keeping junction temperature below 85 °C.
  • High-bay and canopy lights—larger diameter heatsinks (120 mm to 250 mm) that handle 50 W to 200 W COB modules.
  • Outdoor floodlights and wall packs—anodized heatsinks that resist corrosion and maintain thermal contact in humid environments.
  • Automotive and marine LED lamps—vibration-resistant designs with threaded bases and sealed mounting faces.

If your product generates heat and uses a round LED source, we have machined a heatsink for something like it. Send us your drawing, and we will tell you if it is manufacturable—and how we would make it better.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We machine one prototype for your thermal test, or we run 50,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we never turn away a single-piece order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We set up every job with in-process inspection. After machining, we run a CMM check on critical dimensions and a surface profile test. You get the report with the shipment. If anything is out of spec, we re-make it at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks made in China? A: Prototype parts ship in 7 days after drawing approval. Production batches ship in 12 days. For repeat orders, we hold your tooling and CNC programs, so lead time drops to 7 days.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper, plus RoHS and REACH declarations. If your customer requires EN 10204 3.1, we provide it.

Send your drawing

Stop specifying from a catalog. Send us your round LED bulb heatsink drawing, and we will give you a firm quote in 12 hours. We will confirm material, tolerance, surface finish, and price—no vague estimates.
