Opening

Your drawing is the starting point. We machine or stamp the heat sink exactly to that geometry. Every batch is verified against your critical dimensions before the cartons leave our floor.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC, metal stamping, spring, and heat sink lines for 20 years.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on CNC machined features; ±0.1 mm on stamped fins
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece for testing or 100,000 for assembly
  • Surface finish: bare aluminum, anodized black, or nickel plated

Send us your STEP, IGES, or PDF. We will confirm manufacturability within 12 hours.

Custom Aluminum Extrusion Heat Sink Profiles

All raw material lots carry mill certificates. We keep in-house spectrometers to verify alloy composition on incoming stock.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every heat sink gets a job card with the material lot number, machine operator, and inspection results. If a field failure happens, we trace it back to the exact bar of aluminum and the exact shift that cut it. You get a digital record with your shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch We do not ship on trust. Each batch includes a dimensional report with measured values for base flatness, fin pitch, hole positions, and surface finish. Critical dimensions are checked on a CMM. Non-critical features are checked with calibrated gauges. The report is signed by our QC lead and sent to you before the goods leave.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a compression spring, and a CNC-machined heat sink. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, and one quality standard. No coordination between three suppliers. No finger-pointing when tolerances stack up.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom heat sinks from our shop go into power electronics, LED lighting, and industrial drives.

  • IGBT and MOSFET cooling – CNC-machined copper or aluminum bases with high fin density for inverter modules.
  • LED street lights and high-bay fixtures – Stamped aluminum fins with anodized black coating for radiative heat loss.
  • Telecom enclosures – Low-profile heat sinks that mount to PCB-mounted RF amplifiers.
  • Medical laser equipment – Precision-machined cold plates with tight flatness for thermoelectric coolers.
  • Automotive battery management systems – Stamped aluminum heat spreaders with nickel plating for corrosion resistance.

If your part moves air or liquid to remove heat, we can build it. If you are unsure about the material or fin geometry, send the drawing anyway. We will suggest a cheaper or more effective alternative based on your thermal load.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype for you to test, or 100,000 pieces for production. Tooling costs are quoted separately for stamping; CNC parts have no tooling charge.

Q: How tight tolerances can you hold on heat sinks? A: ±0.05 mm on CNC-machined features like mounting holes and base thickness. Stamped fins hold ±0.1 mm on pitch and height. Base flatness is held to 0.1 mm over 100 mm length, which is critical for thermal interface material contact.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. Anodizing adds 3–5 days. We quote exact dates with your order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every shipment includes mill certificates for the aluminum or copper alloy. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For aerospace or medical grades, we can supply full traceability from ingot to finished part.
