Your drawing. Our machines. Zero guesswork.

We machine LED street light heatsinks to your exact print. Every unit is verified before shipment—dimensional check, surface finish, and flatness. If it doesn't match your tolerance, it doesn't leave the factory.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mating surfaces
  • Lead time: 10–15 days for prototypes, 20–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 10,000 pieces
  • Materials: Aluminum 6061-T5, 6063-T5, ADC12 (die-cast), or your specified alloy

Custom Heat Sinks Made in China

All machining is done in-house. We control the process from raw billet to anodizing. No third-party handoffs. That means your tolerances stay tight, and your timeline stays predictable.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat sink gets a unique batch number. We record material lot, machine used, operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in the field, we trace it back to the exact pour and cut. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.

2. Inspection report per batch. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. We measure critical features—hole positions, fin pitch, flatness—and document the results. You don't have to re-check everything on arrival. Trust the paper, or verify it yourself; the numbers match.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your LED street light is not just a heatsink. It has brackets, clips, springs, and stamped covers. We make all of them under one roof. You send one drawing package, get one quote, and receive one shipment. Fewer vendors, less coordination, fewer delays.

Where these parts are used

Our custom heat sinks go into real-world thermal management applications.

  • LED street lights (60W–300W): Die-cast or extruded aluminum bodies with fin arrays designed for passive convection. We hold flatness on the LED mounting surface to ±0.05 mm so your thermal pad compresses evenly.
  • LED high-bay and floodlights: Larger skived-fin heat sinks for 500W–1000W fixtures. We machine mounting holes for drivers and brackets in the same setup, cutting your assembly time.
  • Power electronics: IGBT and MOSFET cooling plates with liquid-cooled channels or pin-fin arrays. CNC-machined from 6061-T5, pressure-tested before shipment.
  • Telecom and 5G enclosures: Compact heat sinks with stamped clip assemblies for spring-loaded attachment to RF modules.
  • Automotive LED modules: Vibration-resistant heat sinks with threaded inserts and anodized surfaces for corrosion resistance in under-hood environments.

If it generates heat and needs to lose it, we can machine it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype or 50,000 units. Prototype pricing is slightly higher per piece, but production pricing drops with volume. You decide the batch size, not us.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use calibrated CNC machines (repeatability ±0.005 mm) and inspect every critical dimension. A CMM report is included with each batch. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost—shipping included.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom heatsink? A: Prototypes ship in 10 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 20–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 15 days with a 10% surcharge.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum alloys (6061-T5, 6063-T5, ADC12) with every batch. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
